In this course, you'll discover practical and inspiring instructions on how to cherish both yourself and others. Learn how to navigate challenging relationships with grace and understanding, cultivating love and compassion in every interaction. With peace and love in our hearts, our relationships will become more rewarding and long-lasting. As we develop qualities such as compassion, tolerance, acceptance, empathy, patience, generosity, and kindness, we'll not only enrich our connections with others but also foster a deep sense of self-love and appreciation.

Teacher.

The teacher of this class is Colleen Isaacs. Colleen is an experienced Kadampa Buddhist teacher. Colleen’s friendly, engaging teaching style and clear presentation inspire people from all walks of life to find happiness and solve problems through the practice of modern Buddhism.
